The Organizational Consulting Center was started in 1994 as a response to a simple insight. Managers know that motivating and developing employees can give a business an enormous competitive edge, but they don’t know how to do it. Our firm specializes in organization and management development. We improve organizational and individual effectiveness by helping managers develop their skills in understanding, developing and motivating themselves, their employees, and their co-workers. Our firm operates as an independent entity under the auspices of Alliant International University in San Diego. Similar firms operate on the Alliant campuses in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
