Worked with a director of training and development in a rehabilitation hospital to create a one-on-one, 3-month coaching program for a team of managers. The process involved the use of 360 assessments and various specialized assessments to examine management habits and style.

Conducted an organizational review for a large non-profit community boating center. Interviews with key donors, management, industry leaders, and staff were used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organization. Developed an emotional intelligent workshop to help employees identify their own emotions, learn how to accurately read the emotional states of others, and develop techniques to better regulate their own emotions to accommodate the needs of others.

Alex Howland
Worked with several years’ worth of data from one of North America’s largest providers of employee assistance services to provide an analysis of the impact of various demographic variables on the relationship between absenteeism and the use of EAP services. The statistical analyses provided a foundation for practical applications of cost and utility decisions.
