Our Policies

Our Promise of Confidentiality

We consider the confidentiality of the information we acquire and the proprietary interests of our clients as one of our highest priorities. Clients often have to share information with us that represents their competitive edge or at the very least, could be embarrassing if it became public knowledge. Our consultants sign a confidentiality agreement when they start work at our firm. We encourage our clients to have us sign their own non-disclosure agreement with us and help our clients create one if they don’t have one. When we have discussions with employees, we tell them in advance that none of what they tell us, unless it involves illegal activity or intent, will be shared with others in a manner that would allow them to be identified.

Quality Control

Our quality control system is subject to continuous improvement. After every project, we review our success in controlling the four biggest risks of any project: scope creep, quality, budgets and time. Each time we discuss a project, we also discuss where problems may have occurred and how we could have reacted. As in any business, there are always better ways to have done a project. We routinely document and then implement these ideas on subsequent projects.
